Downtown Redevelopment

Update on downtown redevelopment with an overview of recent “Spark” presentation made to City Council on July 6, 2010. Spark is a three-phased community improvement project involving several developments to enhance the northern area of downtown Joplin. SPARK is an acronym for “Stimulate Progress through Arts, Recreation, and Knowledge” of the past.
